Recently, I visited Coral on the Ironmarket to place a charity bet on tomorrow's Grand National and also to meet the staff working there. Shop manager Phil has been working at Coral for years, showing his dedicated service, and he clearly has a strong bond with his regular customers.

BOROUGH HEROES AWARD NOMINATIONS

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Heroes Awards, launched by the Borough Council last year as part of our 850th anniversary celebrations, is back for a second year with nominations open until 10th April.

The four categories this year are as follows:-
