The Environment Agency have just lifted the suspension notice against Walley's Quarry Limited, having assessed that they have completed the works required (please see the link below for more details).

It was great to pop into the new The Philip Astley Projects Centre on Merrial Street this morning and see children being entertained with circus skills, fancy dress, interesting displays and more.
Congratulations to Steph and the team from Co-op Bank, who recently moved into their new home on Newcastle-under-Lyme High Street. Occupying the previous Laura Ashley store, the bank has an ATM and welcoming team of dedicated staff. It is fantastic to see an empty building back in use.
