LETTER FROM WALLEY’S QUARRY LIMITED

I understand Walley’s Quarry Limited have been delivering a letter to local residents today, as per the images.

This letter is a slap in the face to Newcastle residents, given it is the operator who are responsible for their ongoing suffering.

As the three category one breaches earlier this year and the recent EA waste acceptance enforcement notice demonstrate, Walley’s Quarry Limited must be the only people in Newcastle who believe that they comply with all regulation.

I stand by my speeches in Parliament and will continue to stand up for the entire constituency of Newcastle-under-Lyme and seek a permanent resolution to the ongoing problem of this landfill.
