Thank you to everyone from across Newcastle-under-Lyme who has entered my Christmas Card competition. This competition has certainly shown off the creativity and brilliance of our young people.
Please see the final design below with the winner on the front and the four runners-up on back of the card.
I would like to send a huge congratulations to Adam, aged 6, from Hempstalls Primary, for winning the competition. His design was exceptionally vibrant and full of Christmas cheer. Adam's drawing will be sent to Government ministers, other MPs, and members of the community in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Congratulations also to William, aged 9, from Newcastle-under-Lyme School; Esme, aged 8, from Alsagers Bank Primary Academy; Emmy, aged 8, from St. Margaret's C.E. Junior School; and Mateusz, aged 8, from Knutton St Mary's Primary Academy, who were the runners-up.
I will be going around the schools over the next week to meet these talented artists and congratulate them on their design being featured on the card.
Thank you again to all the children who have participated, I am so glad that you all sent designs in and it was very difficult picking a winner.
