I'm delighted to have been able to work with the local NHS Trust and Newcastle-under-Lyme police to produce this certificate for families to give to children that have been staying at home. I know how difficult it is for them and you! I have arranged for batches of these to be delivered to schools, who will be able to give these out to the children, but if your child is not in school then the link to download a copy to print is below.
